Nose: Peat soaked caramel chocolates. Lobster pots and salty rope in fresh damp sea air. Medicinal. Raw smoked lardoons, gooseberries, burnt log embers and seashells.
Palate: Soft and juicy with lip tingling Islay smoke. Dark chocolate and old leather bound books. Rich dark coffee and walnuts.
Finish: Long and multilayered with coffee, leather, smoked salt and oak.
