From Israel’s first whisky distillery M&H, this was matured in American Oak ex-Israeli Pomegranate wine barrique and bottled at cask strength 64.7% abv.
Nose: Figs, blackberries, treacle. Fresh mascarpone, mango and the rich biscuit base of a cherry tart. Hibiscus, red liquorice and chili.
Palate: Muscular mouthfeel with fruity dark chocolate, rich sweet wine and decadent dark cherries. Juicy red wine gums.
Great length with meringue, espresso beans and a return of the mango. Gentle oak smoke rising into the air. Just lovely!
