Nose: Lime, coal smoke, vanilla and a dungarees buckle. Rich spice, tartar sauce and cooked meat. Polished gold under autumnal leaves
Palate: Lemon, rye spice, BBQ brisket and leather
Finish: Good length with strawberry jam, orange peel, peppercorn spice and burnt staves
