This Ardbeg Single Cask #10 was distilled at the start of the millennium on 10th January 2000 and fully matured for 20 years in a 1st fill American oak bourbon barrel, specially chosen to help accentuate the more complex, fruity elements of Ardbeg’s distillate, resulting in a truly luscious dram, an amazing example of an altogether more intricate style of Ardbeg.
Bottled at cask strength in June 2020 and one of only 179 bottles..
